Ultra-High Pressure Fittings Guide

For 1/16" OD Tubing

1. Slide fitting and ferrule at least 3/16" from the end of the flat cut, burr-free tubing. The ferrule is symmetrical, therefore orientation during installation is not important.
2. Insert the assembly into the receiving port, pushing the tubing into the female port until it bottoms out.
3. Finger tighten the nut into the port until snug.
4. For pressures less than 20,000 psi, wrench tighten ¼-turn past finger tight.
5. For pressures 20,000-28,800 psi, wrench tighten fitting using a torque wrench to 45 inch lbs.
