PEEK™ Bottom-of-the-Bottle™ Solvent Filter

Instructions For Use

  1. Insert the solvent inlet and optional sparging tubing into the appropriate ports of the filter (the sparging port is the one closest to the side-mounted frit). If using a bottle cap, feed the tubing through the cap ports prior to inserting the tubing into the filter.
  2. As you insert the tubing, you will feel some resistance. Continue feeding the tubing through its port until it bottoms out completely within the filter.
  3. For optimal performance: Push the tubing, with the filter attached, into the solvent reservoir until the filter rests flat on the bottom of the bottle.

Please Note: This filter is designed to be used with tubing manufactured by IDEX Health & Science. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the performance of this filter when used with tubing supplied by other manufacturers.
