One-Piece Fingertight Fitting Instruction Guide

Please Note: This fitting is designed for 1/4-28 coned ports for 1/8" OD tubing. It cannot be used in 1/4-28 flat-bottom ports.

1. Slide the fitting at least 1/8" from the end of the flat, burr-free tubing.
2. Insert the nut into the receiving port, pushing the tubing into the female port until it bottoms out.
3. Finger tighten the nut into the port until snug.

Please Note: PCTFE threads may strip if tightened improperly. It is important to not overtighten the fitting. After several uses, the fitting should be replaced.
