Install MicroTight Adapter onto Tubing

For 1/16" OD Tubing to 1/32" or 360μm OD Tubing

  1. Finger tighten the Gauge Plug into the larger end of the Adapter.
  2. Insert your 1/32" or 360μm OD tubing (whichever appropriate) into the Micro Fingertight.
  3. Finger tighten the Micro Fingertight and tubing assembly into the 6-32 end of the Adapter, making sure the tubing is pushed firmly against the Gauge Plug.
  4. Remove the Gauge Plug.
  5. Insert your 1/16" OD tubing into the 10-32 Fingertight provided.
  6. Finger tighten the fitting and tubing assembly into the other end of the Adapter, making sure the tubing is pushed firmly against the bottom of the port.

Note: Blue adapter and Blue MicroTight® fittings are for 360μm OD tubing and Red adapter and Red MicroTight® fittings are for 1/32” OD tubing
