Micro-Volume Inline Check Valve Instruction Guide

For use with 1/16" or smaller OD tubing, with sleeves.

  1. Thread any 10-32 coned fitting into the female threads of the check valve to complete the flow path. Ensure the tubing has bottomed out in the port. Finger tighten until snug. Please Note: Ensure flow direction is the same as arrow marked on the side of the check valve body.
  2. Operate your system, checking for leaks and tightening fittings as required.
