Instructions For Us

  1. This filter is totally assembled and ready for use.
  2. Use Fingertight fittings to connect tubing to both ends of the unit.
  3. To replace the filter, simply disconnect the tubing, unscrew the end fitting that contains the frit, and dispose of it. Screw in a new frit end fitting, supplied by IDEX Health & Science.
  4. Re-tighten the frit end fitting with a wrench, 1/4 turn past hand tight, and then reconnect the tubing.

Please note: These units are designed to be used with plastic fittings only.
