High Pressure Adjustable BPR

IDEX Health & Science High Pressure Adjustable BPR offers the flexibility to adjust your system back pressure between 2,000 and 5,000 psi (138 and 345 bar).

Instructions For Use

  1. Connect your tubing to the BPR assembly using the fittings provided.
  2. Loosen the Adjustable Back Pressure regulator's knob, and then initiate flow through the unit.
  3. To adjust the back pressure to the desired level, turn the thumb screw until you see back pressure registering on your system pressure gauge. Continue adjusting the knob until the desired back pressure is achieved.

Please Note:This back pressure regulator is flow dependent. Changes in flow rate and fluid viscosity will have a direct effect on the amount of back pressure achieved with this unit. Please take the appropriate precautionary steps prior to using this regulator in your system to avoid damaging any sensitive components.
