Flangeless Super Flangeless™ Frit-in-a-Ferrule™ Instruction Guide

  1. Slide the nut, compression ring (for Super Flangeless™ version), and ferrule, in that order, onto the tubing. The flattened end of the ring should face towards the nut and the narrower end of the ferrule towards the ring.
  2. Insert this assembly into the receiving port. Ensure the tubing is against the surface of the ferrule frit while tightening down the nut. Tighten finger tight.

Please Note: For use with 1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing in flat-bottom 1/4-28, M6 or 5/16-24 connections. Available in both Flangeless and Super Flangeless Versions. Super Flangeless ferrules are recommended to be used on hard material tubing such as PEEK™, stainless steel or titanium.
