Flangeless Sealtight Fittings

  1. Slide the Flangeless SealTight™ nut and ferrule, in that order, at least 3/16" from the end of your flat-cut, burr-free tubing. The slit in the ferrule should face the nut, with the flat surface of the ferrule towards the port.

    2. Please Note: The Flangeless SealTight nut and ferrule must be used exclusively with each other.

  2. Insert the assembly into the receiving port, pushing the tubing into the port until it bottoms out.
  3. Finger tighten the nut until snug, while continuing to hold the tubing against the bottom of the port.
