Instructions for Use

For 10-32 Check Valve:

For use with 1/16" or smaller OD tubing, with sleeves

  1. Thread any 10-32 coned fitting into the female threads of the check valve to complete the flow path. Ensure the tubing has bottomed out in the port. Finger tighten until snug.

    Please Note: Ensure flow direction is the same as arrow marked on side of the check valve body.

  2. Operate your system, checking for leaks and tightening fittings as required.

For 1/4-28 Check Valve:

For use with 1/16" 1/8" and metric (1.0-3.0mm) OD tubing depending on the fittings used.

  1. Thread any 1/4-28 flanged or Super Flangeless male fitting into the female threads of the check valve to complete the flow path. Ensure the tubing has bottomed out in the port. Finger tighten until snug.

  2. Operate your system, checking for leaks and tightening fittings as required.
