IDEX Health & Science Employees Participate in Frontline Leadership Training

2024 Frontline Leadership Training program by Empower

IDEX Health & Science leaders from across our various sites participated in EMPOWER - Frontline Leadership Training this summer. Training topics were focused on leadership development, which were chosen based upon feedback from IDEX Health & Science employees. Each topic is covered in a 4-hour Onsite session each month.

In 2024, the trainings will include:

Your Role as a Leader
Emotional Intelligence
Leading as a Team
Leading as a Motivator
Conflict Resolution / Difficult Conversations

In 2025, the trainings will include:

Leading as a Listener
Coaching
Problem Solving
Graduation Presentations

This program is designed and customized to build a solid leadership foundation and enhance teamwork, motivation, and engagement.
