We believe in consistently striving to create value and improve the communities where our teams live and operate, which is why we understand the importance of discovering new and impactful ways to give back. Through our charitable organization the IDEX Foundation, we donated over $275K to various organizations and causes near our facilities in 2024.

In March, the spirit of camaraderie was in full swing as the team from our Bristol facility joined forces to cheer on and support the athletes of the Bristol Special Olympics at the 2025 Winter Games in Connecticut. From cheering loudly from the sidelines to assisting with equipment and parking duties, employees ensured athletes felt supported throughout the event. Employees also created vibrant signs, which were used during the opening ceremony. The IDEX Foundation also donated $9,750 to support the organization.
The Bristol team has volunteered for this event for the last several years. The games give athletes living with intellectual disabilities a chance to compete in several events, including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, figure skating, speed skating, and more.
Thank you to the Bristol team for exemplifying the company's commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others, one inspiring moment at a time
A group of employees in Rohnert Park volunteered at Chop’s Teen Club in Santa Rosa. The team spent their time cleaning the facility and organizing projects. A similar volunteer event was held last year. The Teen Shop’s facility spans 21,000 square feet, and is open to 7th – 12th grade students after school and on the weekends. The mission of Chop’s Teen Club is to provide a safe, fun, and productive space where Sonoma County teens can engage, connect, and discover their true potential.
