We are committed to creating lasting value—not just through our work, but within the communities where our teams live and operate. That commitment drives us to continuously seek meaningful ways to give back. In 2025, through our charitable organization, the IDEX Foundation, we proudly donated more than $327,500 to local organizations and causes near our facilities.

For more than 30 years, our Oak Harbor site has proudly supported the North Whidbey Help House through an annual food drive. This year they returned to our roots with a fresh twist: a little friendly internal competition based on a point system.
Employees were randomly assigned to six superhero-themed teams and challenged to rally together in support of local families facing food insecurity. Here is what happened when our employees banded together. The response was nothing short of extraordinary:
10,507 pounds of food collected—hundreds of donations from our employees!
Special recognition to our top-performing team: The Hunger Halters (Team 1) led the way with an impressive 1,661 points, collecting 595 pounds of high-value food items and 30 pounds of canned meats.
What stands out most isn't the competition. It's the unwavering commitment our employees show year after year to making a difference in the communities where we live and work.

Our Middleboro team proved that working at the car wash can make a real impact. They raised $700 for our June Food Drive. And the momentum doesn’t stop there. Our employees are stepping up (literally!) with a Step Challenge. For every 25,000 steps, $2 will be donated to the cause. With 30 team members already in motion, those steps (and donations) are sure to add up fast!
It’s incredible to see our team coming together to support the community.

Our Kawaguchi site held a blood drive in collaboration with the Japanese Red Cross Society.
This was their first time hosting the event, and they had 15 participants—exceeding the Japanese Red Cross Society’s target of 11. Every blood donation saves lives—making this milestone even more meaningful.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success.

Our Bristol team participated in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run, the largest public grass-roots fundraiser for the Special Olympics. The team ran 7+ miles. The Torch Run is a three-day event that takes place every June, leading up to the Summer Games. Law enforcement members and Special Olympics athletes carry the Flame of Hope into the Opening Ceremony of local competitions and into Special Olympics events. This event is a story of success, love, respect, and commitment between law enforcement officers and Special Olympics athletes.

To top off an impactful day, we were thrilled to present RCN with a $25,000 donation from the IDEX Foundation to support their mission of direct services, leadership, and advocacy for local children.
